FAQ and Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your products within 14 days of receiving your order.


Return conditions :

1. Return period: You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to initiate a return. After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to accept the return.

2. Product Condition : Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (if applicable). Tags are intact and visible.

3. Non -returnable products: Some items, such as underwear or personalized products, cannot be returned due to hygiene or customization reasons. Please check the product description for exceptions.

4. Return process :

- We provide you with a prepaid return label (if applicable) or instructions for returning the item to our warehouse. 

- The product must be returned within 7 days of the return request so that we can process your request in a timely manner. 

5. Refund : Once the product is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to the payment method used for purchase. The refund will be issued within 7 to 10 business days after we receive the returned item.

6. Return costs: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received is defective or incorrect. In this case, we will cover the return costs.

1. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your package in real time. You can also check the status of your order directly on our website, in the Package Tracking section.


2. What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are delivered within 2-7 business days for mainland France, and 7-15 days for other destinations. We will provide you with an accurate estimate at the time of ordering. (Also keep in mind: any items ordered but requiring a pre-order will take longer).


3. Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it ?

We process orders quickly to ensure timely shipment. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order. After this time, it will be difficult to make changes.


4. Can I return a product ?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be in their original condition, unused and with all labels intact. For more information, see our Return Policy.


5. What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect product?

We apologize for this inconvenience. If your product is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service immediately at [Worldofclothes31@gmail.com] with a photo of the product and your order number. We will handle the return and send you a replacement product or a full refund.
